SEND WELCOME EMAIL TO NEW USERS

There are two methods of sending welcome emails. 

  1. Send to an individual user.  
  2. Send bulk to multiple users.  

IMPORTANT 

The link sent through Welcome Emails is only active for 24 hours. After 24 hours the link will expire, and you must send a new email to the user for them to complete their account setup. 



SEND TO AN INDIVIDUAL USER 

You must be in "Manage Organization" view to access the Users tab.  

  1. Click the Users tab.
  2. Search user by name or extension number. 
  3. Click either the pencil-icon button on the right-hand side of a user's name and then Advanced, or click their name and navigate to the Advanced tab. 
  4. Click Send Welcome Email

 



SEND BULK TO MULTIPLE USERS

You must be in "Manage Organization" view to access the Users tab.  

  1. Click the Users tab.
  2. Scroll through the User's list and click the checkmark box next to their name; you can also click the checkmark box next to "Name" at the top of the list to select all. 
  3. When all the users are selected, click the Bulk Action in the top right corner. 
  4. Click the radio button for Send Welcome Email.
  5. Click Complete Action.
