LOG IN AND OUT OF CALL QUEUES

There are two ways you can sign in and out of call queues. You can use the SONAR portal or star codes on any Versature device that is connected to your extension.

NOTES:
  • Call center supervisors must be in "My Account" view to log in and out of their call queues. 
  • Using star codes will log you in and out of all your queues. 
  • Star codes do not track agent login statistics; if you want to track your statistics you must use the SONAR portal. 

HOW TO USE SONAR TO SIGN IN/OUT OF CALL QUEUES

  1. Log in to the SONAR portal.
  2. Ensure you are under the Call Center tab.
  3. On the right side,  change the Status Bar to online or offline to log in or out of a call queue.



HOW TO USE STAR CODES TO SIGN IN/OUT OF CALL QUEUES

NOTE: Screenshots were taken on the VVX400 series, but the functionality is the same for all Versature phones.

LOG IN TO YOUR CALL QUEUES:

1. Dial *51 in your keypad.
2. Press the Dial key.
        Or
1. Pick up your handset and dial *51 in your keypad.

            

LOG OUT OF YOUR QUEUES: 

1. Dial *52 in your keypad.
2. Press the Send soft key.
        Or
1. Pick up your handset and dial *52 in your keypad.
