NET2PHONE CANADA SALESFORCE CLASSIC INTEGRATION

With net2phone Canada’s Salesforce integration, your organization can quickly and easily update Salesforce records in just a couple of clicks. Our Salesforce integration increases productivity and gives you greater visibility into the status of opportunities and support calls:

Salesforce integrations still have "Versature" wording.

All integrations with Versature branding will continue to work seamlessly with net2phone Canada systems. 

STEP ONE: INSTALL THE NET2PHONE CANADA INTEGRATION 

 NOTE: If you are not already logged into Salesforce, log in before installing the application.

1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange

2. Search for “Versature” in the top search bar. 

3. Click Versature Connector - CTI in the application listings.  

4. Click Get It Now on the right-hand side. 

    5.  Click Continue to confirm the app installation. 

    6.  Grant all users access by selecting the second option and clicking Next


STEP TWO: CONFIGURE CALL CENTER SETTINGS WITHIN SALESFORCE 

    1. Select Customize.

    2. Click Call Centers. 



STEP THREE: CONFIGURE USERS 

    1. Under All Call Centers, select VCTI Adapter.

    2. Click the Manage Call Center Users button.

    3. Click Add More Users

NOTE: You will then be prompted to select all users within your organization who will have access to the integration.

4. Select users by clicking the checkbox next to their names and clicking Add to Call Center.


STEP FOUR: CONFIGURE CONNECTOR SEARCH DEFAULT

      1. Select Customize.

       2. Select Call Center.

       3. Click Softphone Layouts.

STEP FIVE: CREATE A NEW LAYOUT

        1. Under SoftPhone Layouts, click New.

        2. Enter the name Default.

        3. Click the check mark next to Is Default Layout.

        4.  Click Save.


INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION ARE NOW COMPLETE!
