A blind call transfer, sometimes referred to as a “cold” call transfer, allows you to transfer a call without introducing the caller. When you send a caller directly to another phone extension or number, the destination phone displays the initial caller's details rather than your phone’s details.
HOW TO MAKE A BLIND CALL TRANSFER
1. Once you answer a call, press the Transfer button or Transfer soft key.

NOTE: This will put the caller on hold. |
2. Press the Blind soft key.
| NOTE: If you don't see the Blind soft key, press and hold the Transfer key or Transfer soft key to send a blind call transfer. |
3. Dial the extension or phone number of the intended recipient and press the Send soft key, or wait for the call to automatically connect. 
TIP!
If the caller wishes to leave a voice message, you can directly transfer them to their intended recipient’s voicemail by blind transferring them and entering *90 before the recipient's extension.
